Projects will be structured in the following way:

-This is to refresh everyone's memory and to put it in context
-What current events were happening at the time to necessitate this amendment?
-Was it that widespread?
2 court cases
1 historical
1 modern era
Class interaction and discussion
-relate to current issues and/or court cases
-How is it still applicable to the modern age?
-What kind of controversy or debate surrounds this amendment in the present day?
